Hilo Bay Hotel, Hilo

My stay at the Hilo Bay Hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff were friendly and the location was perfect, the overall condition of the hotel and the amenities were disappointing (not at all what was promised). The rooms were basic and rundown, which really did affect my experience.
